Order cut-off for all delivery services is 4:00 pm (United Kingdom time). Orders placed after 4:00 pm are going to be treated, for the needs of delivery, as having been placed subsequent working day. There will be no shipping on Bank Holidays or if any mentioned on site.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they’re going to leave a card for you telling you where it’s .

You may, when placing your order online, specify a special delivery address than your payment address if this is often more convenient for you, please ensure you enter all the correct details in your order.

All delivery time scales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery can’t be specified.

Returns & Refunds

If you’re shopping with us online or over the phone, then you’ll be pleased to listen to that you simply are covered by the space Selling Regulations. These system of rules don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods.

Please note that we are unable to simply accept any returned e-liquids, disposables that are unsealed or utilized in any way, as this is able to constitute a health and safety risk thanks to hygiene purposes.
